Davies, Edward J., II, 1947-
Davies is a professor American history at the University of Utah. He is the author of "The anthracite aristocracy: leadership and social change in the hard coal regions of northeastern Pennsylvanis, 1800-1930" and "The United States in world history." He co-authored with Professor Ronald Smelser "The myth of the Eastern Front: the Nazi-Soviet War in American popular culture."
