Williams, Harold, 1893-1976
A world renown singer whose career began in London in 1919. He lived in London for most of his performing career, though returned to Australia during World War II, and again in 1952 to take up a teaching position at the N.S.W. State Conservatorium of Music. He was best known for his oratorio and operatic roles.
