Clemson University. Office of Admissions, Registration, and Financial Aid.
Augustus Shanklin served as the first registrar of Clemson College, 1902-1913. Before Shanklin, matters of admission, matriculation and financial aid were handled directly by the President and Treasurer. In 1961 the name of the office was changed to Office of Admissions and Registration and in 1962 the name was changed to its present name.
