Menuez, Doug

This started as a 4-year project initially focusing on the manufacture of tequila -- the rituals and traditions related to cultivating the blue agave, roasting and fermentation, and the ways tequila is incorporated into the culture. The project eventually took on a broader coverage that included the region surrounding the town of Tequila and its people.
