Larry Siegel was born in New York City, 1925; attended Univ. of IL; was a freelance writer for Playboy and Mad magazines; moved to CA (1968) and started writing for television, stage, motion pictures and more; was head writer for the Carol Burnett Show (three and half seasons); was story editor for That's My Mama; was the reciepient of three Emmys and a Writers Guild award.
