Higa, Tarō, 1916-
Thomas Taro Higa, a Hawaiian-born Kibei, was born in 1916; he was a member of the 100th Infantry Battalion; between Sept. 15th and Dec. 10, 1944, Higa gave a speech tour on the mainland sponsored by the Japanese American Citizens League.
