Gossec, François-Joseph, 1734-1829
Composed before 1762 as one of six symphonies, op. 6, the first three having two oboi obbligati and two horns ad libitum, and the last three for strings alone. Original dedicated to Baron de Bagge.--Cf. Fleisher Collection.
