Booz, Allen & Hamilton (consulting firm) were engaged by the Board of Governors of Waterloo Lutheran University to prepare an objective study of the purpose, objectives, operations, facilities and plans for the future of the University. On Nov. 27, 1967 the Executive Committee of the Board of Governors moved that the Report be made available on a confidential basis to the chairmen of the Steering Committees of Faculty, Staff, and Students.
