Minnesota. Regent Candidate Advisory Council.
The Regent Candidate Advisory Council [RCAC] is an advisory body that helps identify, recruit and make recommendations for candidates for the University of Minnesota Board of Regents. It was established in 1988 by legislative enactment [Minnesota Statue 137.0245] to make the selection process less partisan and more focused on qualifications.
