Los Angeles Society of Internal Medicine.
The Los Angeles Society of Internal Medicine was formed in 1929. The Society attempted to unite medical subspecialists and general internists, practicing physicians and academicians at the Los Angeles County Medical Association building or at a downtown hotel for approximately six social and dinner programs each year. It was dissolved in 1996.
