Hart, Ruth Arnstein
Ruth Hart Arnstein (1917-1977) was a member of the board of directors of the Berkeley Community YWCA. She worked primarily on issues relating to the role of women in politics and the labor force, and the need for racial integration. She helped shape the direction of organizations significant to Berkeley, California, during the years from 1945-1975.
