Miller, Clarence E., 1917-
Clarence E. Miller (CEM) was a Republican United States Congressman from Ohio representing a southeastern district. He served from 1967 to 1993. While in office, CEM served as Vice Chairman for the Office of Technology Assessment; served on the House Appropriations Committee; and introduced numerous bills aimed to cut spending measures. CEM lost his bid for reelection in the 1992 primary after redistricting. Prior to his election to Congress, CEM served as mayor of Lancaster, Ohio.
