Bartlett, Paul Alexander, 1965-

Bartlett was born July 13, 1909 in Moberly, MO; attended Oberlin College, Univ. of Arizona, and National University of Mexico; edited a literary annual, Workshop, the only issue of which was published in Ciudad Guzman, Mexico in 1942; wrote short stories and a novel, When the owl cries (1960).
