Hutchison. The matter was settled by a mutual release dated December 9, 1913. Tate had paid Hutchison to act as a business manager between the years 1901-1908. Most of the letters are to Hutchison, either from Tate or his legal representative, asking for the release to Tate of all "vouchers, accounts, statements, documents and papers," as well as an insurance policy of Tate's which Hutchison held. The accounts show the receipts and sources of income on the part of Harry Tate, including both an Austrailian tour and an American tour. The disbursements give an interesting picture of the expenses of a successful entertainer in the early 1900s. Tate, Harry.
