Some other writings include "Dewdrops of Wisdom," a poem written by Clarissa Ely for Oliver Ely and wife's 50th anniversary, a short history of Native Americans in Connecticut, and a story written by Matilda Cary. The latest letter was written by Ann Ibbotson, in Binghamton, to her granddaughter Anne in 1882. Anne lived in Portland, Connecticut.
