Dr. Anderson also served as president of the Wisconsin Anti-Tuberculosis Association, chairman of the State Medical Society Committee on Diseases of the Chest, and was active in the Wisconsin Medical Alumni Association. He was a member of the Wisconsin Department of Health and Social Services Ad Hoc Committee on Tuberculosis Control in Wisconsin, created in 1971. The papers include some of Anderson's speeches and writings, and some printed information on tuberculosis and other respiratory diseases.
