Frank S. Freeman was also visiting professor at Denver University, University of Southern California, University of Hawaii, and Oregon College of Education. The author of several books on individual differences, psychological testing, and psychology and education, he also engaged in private practice. Freeman served on several committees while at Cornell University, including the University Committee on Placement, the Committee to Administer the National Youth Administration Aid Program, the Committee to Revise the Advisory System in the College of Arts and Sciences, and the Committee on Educational Policy of the College of Arts and Sciences.
