Also included is a subseries, "Terminal" which is a duplicate set of correspondence arranged in chronological order. Includes minutes and supporting documentation of various committees of the University, UW System, and Learning Resources. Except for Learning Resources committees, these materials are duplicated.

Description: Records of the UW-Stout involvement in multi-university project, founded by the World Bank, to establish the Institute of Electronics and Electricity in Bourmedes, Algeria. Stout's participation in the project involved the Library Learning Center in establishing a technical library, and the School of Industry and Technology in establishing a plastics program and providing consultation regarding teaching technology.

Title: Subject and correspondence file, 1903-continuing.

Description: Records of the Head Librarian and later the Library Director concerning the operation of the library. Included are materials relating to the accreditation of the library, bibliographies for various subjects in the Stout curriculum, library collection and circulation statistics, correspondence with Stout President Verne C. Fryklund, equipment and furniture inventories, the Textbook Service, library personnel, the new Pierce Library building, and minutes of the Library Committee. A complete file of library annual reports exists from 1910-1955. After 1955, the annual reports are working files and do not often include the final report.
