Family papers of Donald Marshall (1905-2002) and Evelyn Weeks Marshall (1909-1989) include correspondence; diaries; letters; scrapbooks; photographs; and genealogical material; personal and official correspondence of Major Donald Marshall, M.D., during his World War II service as Chief of the Opthalmology Section, 298th General Hospital, United States Army, 1942-1945. Correspondence between Donald Marshall and his wife, Evelyn Marshall, detail life in England and France and in Kalamazoo, Mich. during the war. Evelyn Marshall was the physician for Kalamazoo Public Schools, 1942-1944. Both were 1931 graduates of the University of Michigan Medical School. Timberbrook Community Association papers, 1952, include monographs and constitution and by-laws. Timberbrook Community is a Harry Hurni residential development in Portage, Michigan. Current Events Club History, 1895-1975, by Cornelia A. Robinson, with a 1983 update. Weeks and Stark family papers, 1884-1965, include correspondence; clippings; narratives; and photographs of Charles T. Stark and Fidelia A. Maggard Stark of Montana. John Rockwell Weeks (1876-1944) was a lawyer, an employee of the United States Weather Bureau, and author of numerous weather related articles and books. Edna Stark Weeks wrote narratives of her childhood pioneer life in Montana. Little family papers, 1892-1907, include correspondence; clippings; photographs; personal papers; and writings of Henry Little (1797-1890) and his son, Frank, early settlers of Galesburg in Kalamazoo County, 1831. Frank and his wife, Cornelia May Little, were civic and social leaders in Kalamazoo in the late 1800's. Little was township clerk for both Richland and Kalamazoo and drafted the City Charter of Kalamazoo, 1883. He also served as secretary of the State Sanitary Fair and Kalamazoo County Agricultural Society. Diaries of Cornelia Little, 1892-1907, and her daughter, Frances E. Deal, 1909-1927.
