There are letters to Zaret︠s︡kiĭ from Mstislav Dobuzhinskiĭ, Vasiliĭ Kandinskiĭ, Boris Panteleĭmonov, and Alekseĭ Remizov, and one letter each from Vladislav Khodasevich and Evgeniĭ Zami︠a︡tin. There are also "gramoty" prepared by Remizov for Zaret︠s︡kiĭ. In Zaret︠s︡kiĭ's collected materials in the field of 19th and 20th century Russian culture there are items by such figures as: Sergeĭ Di︠a︡gilev, Sergeĭ Esenin, Mikhail Pogodin, Afanasiĭ Shenshin (Fet), Petr Vi︠a︡zemskiĭ, Maksimili︠a︡n Voloshin, and Andreĭ Zhukovskiĭ.
