Letters and V-mail written by Katz, who was serving with the 509th Parachute Infantry, 2nd Battalion in World War II, to friend William M. Rogoff. Katz mentioned that he finished his master's degree at Iowa State University. His letters were addressed from England, North Africa, Italy and France.
