Grant by William Fetherson the Elder of Packewoode (Warwicks.),yeoman, John Fetherston, son and heir apparent of the said William, and William Fetherston, youngest son of William, to John Bennett of Rowington (Warwicks.), yeoman, for divers goods and considerations, of a messuage in the city of Coventrie in the county Warwick, in a certain street caled "Sponestreet," late in the occupation of John Sadler,, and the rents, reversion, etc., thereof; and also 1 orchard with its appurtenances lying in Greate Kington (Warwicks.), now or late in the occupation of one William Burton, between the land of the Lady Jane Puckeringe, widow, on the one part, and the land of the said John Fetherston called "The Woole Howse" on the other side, and the rents, etc., thereof; which the grantor, the said William, had of the aforesaid William Burton as specified in an indenture tripartite dated the 10 April, 42 Elizabeth [I], made between William Fetherston on the one part and Reginald Browne, Robert West, William Hopkins, and John Bennet on the other part. Given on 22 April, 43 Elizabeth [I], with appointment of Thomas Masters, yeoman, their attorney to deliver seisin of the orchard.
