Van Pelt was also a member of the Board of Directors of the Copper Range Company, during which time he began writing a history of the company. Includes original documents and photocopies of records from the Copper Range Company and its subsidiary companies. Also includes copies of a book manuscript in various stages of completion and editing. The manuscript is comprised of twenty-five chapters discussing the history, operations, economics, and personnel of the Copper Range Company and its subsidiaries.
