Series have been disignated for the United Jewish Community, Agudth Achim congregation, other congregations and organizations. The Beaver Valley United Jewish Community records include administrative correspondence; meeting minutes and financial materials. Agudah Achim's records are similar in format but also include information regarding the administration of their cemetery and issues of membership such as scrapbooks marking important occasions. The records for the other congregations include the few records of Beth Sholom, a reform congregation and of the Tree of LIfe congregation of Rochester, Pa. These papers provide information about the activities and organizations of the Beaver Valley Jewish Community during the 20th century.

The Irving N. Elbling Papers are housed in two archival boxes and pertain to Irving N. Elbling local and international participation in Bnai Brith. The bulk of these records are from District Grand Lodge No. Three and Freedom Lodge No. 1780, during the time when Irving was either president or a council member. Finally, a small portion of the records capture information on Irving involvement with other lodges. These papers consist of constitutions, convention pamphlets, directories, membership reports, notes, publications, and one photograph.
