Included are story ideas and correspondence with various writers and editors; drafts of articles and columns; contract and legal negotiations, including his loss of NEW YORK and its spin-offs to Rupert Murdoch in 1976; correspondence, both congratulatory and condoling, from Felker's fans and friends; budgetary materials for the publications, including circulation, advertising, and salary information; press clippings and news coverage of Felker's career; Felker's employment contracts; and other miscellaneous materials. Includes a small amount of material discussing Felker's investment in MS. Magazine in 1972. Other materials relate to Felker's short time as a producer for 20th Century Fox.
