He talks about his grandmother who was a healer and midwife, his growing up in Barrio Libre, membership in the Spanish American Democratic Club, customs and celebrations, a 1914 flood of the Santa Cruz River and his architecture work. He mentions working with Henry Jaastad and Josiah Joessler and the beginning of the Tucson Medical Center.
