Includes critique and discussion about The New Deal Lawyers, by Peter Irons, and requests for Keyserling's recollections on the Wagner Act and Council of Economic Advisors. Business records contain transcripts from LHK's court cases including 1967 railroad lawsuit before the Supreme Court. Individual economist files contain publications and correspondence with Keyserling. Related series of publications, letters and speeches Keyserling prepared for others include material related to Full Employment and Balanced Growth Act, prepared for Rep. Augustus Hawkins. Series of speeches (typescripts) LHK presented at conferences and symposiums and testimonials he gave before courts and congressional committees; majority of testimonials are transcripts from hearings before the House Education and Labor Committee on Full Employment and Balanced Growth Act.
