Included are letters from Joseph Street to Clark at Prairie du Chien, Wis., 1830-1832; letters from Charles Hempstead, Washington, D.C., 1830; an 1808 letter from Clark to Henry Dearborn; and a journal of activities with Lewis Cass at Prairie du Chien, 1825.
