Virginia Roberts held the position of Administrative Assistant for Handicapped Affairs and served as the Governor's liaison to the Governor's Task Force for Handicapped Individuals and the Governor's Committee on the Employment of the Handicapped. This series consists of the records she created and received in her role as Administrative Assistant.
