Jack Meltzer (b. 1921) was an urban planning figure who worked for the University of Chicago Center for Urban Studies and the University of Texas at Dallas. Meltzer presented several lectures and panel talks, including at the 1967 American Institute of Planners Conference, a portion of which was broadcast and produced by radio station WAMU and distributed by the National Association of Educational Broadcasters. Meltzer died in 2010.
