Whig politician and anti-Jacksonian Congressman from New York; leader of the "Silver Grey Whigs; member of the 1861 Peace Convention.
U.S. representative, lawyer, and legislator of New York.
Francis Granger was a member of the New York State Assembly 1826-1828 and 1830-1832. He was later a Representative in the United States Congress 1835-1837 and 1839-1841.
Samuel Jones was a lawyer, Chancellor of New York 1826-1828, and Chief Justice of the New York City Superior Court 1828-1847.
