Biographical History

Rear Admiral Robert S. Quackenbush was a naval aviator and director of Navy Photograph during World War II. Other duty experiences include commands aboard the Midway and the Randolph (1951-1953), duty at Paris (1954-1955), and as commander and chief of SOPAC.
