Biographical History

Frank Anders, North Dakota native, was a Spanish American War veteran, engineer, receiver for coal company at Zap, N.D. and in charge of five-year construction program at the North Dakota National Guard training facility of Camp Grafton, located at Devils Lake, N.D.
