Biographical History
Marco Antonio Hernandez (born 1957) is the Chief United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Oregon. On July 14, 2010, President Barack Obama nominated Hernandez to a seat vacated by Garr M. King on the District Court of Oregon. He received his commission on February 9, 2011, and became Chief Judge on December 23, 2019.
