Congregational minister, president of Union College, Schenectady, N.Y.
Jonathan Edwards, Jr. (1745-1801), Congregational minister and theologian, was pastor of the White Haven Church in New Haven, Connecticut from 1769 to 1795; pastor at Colebrook, Connecticut from 1796 to 1799; and president of Union College, Schenectady from 1799 until his death in August of 1801.
Jonathan Edwards, D.D. pastor of a church in New-Haven, and member of the Connecticut Society of Arts and Sciences.
