Biographical History
"Monitor" was a news magazine of the air broadcast by the National Broadcasting Company between 1955 and 1975. Broadcaster Ben Grauer was one of many radio journalists who worked for the program. On March 9, 1958, Grauer interviewed fellow Grolier Club member Harrison D. Horblit about the Club's 1958 exhibition "100 Books Famous in Science" which Horblit had conceived. The Grolier Club published a catalog of the exhibition in 1964.
