Biographical History
Registered as an American whaling company Dec. 1936. The corporation used the Ulysses, a tanker built in Baltimore in 1915 and converted to a whaling factory ship in 1937, with 8 catcher boats and a Norwegian crew of over 300 to hunt whales off the coast of western Australia in 1937 and 1938. The company was dissolved in the 1950s.
