Biographical History

Theodore W. Morse was a member of the Farm Credit Administration during the 1930s and was involved with the Federal Farm Board and Kansas State Farm Bureau concerning New Deal agricultural policies. John O. Morse was a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives, representing district 15 between 1929-1936. He was also a lawyer in Mound City, Kansas. [Kansas State Library.
