Delos Wheeler Lovelace (1894-1967), author and journalist, was a graduate of Columbia University and a veteran of World War I. As a journalist, he wrote and edited for the Fargo Courier News, Minneapolis Daily News, Minneapolis Tribune, New York Daily News, New York Sun, and the New York World-Telegram and Sun. He published General "Ike" Eisenhower, Statesman and Soldier of Peace in 1944.
