This booklet was part of the Newton Free Library's strategic planning initiative. Cambridge Hill Partners conducted a series of focus groups and interviews to understand current perceptions about the Library, discover what issues needed to be addressed and formulated goals and strategies that would be required. The booklet, given to participants in the December 9-10, 2005 session, includes a statement of objectives, agendas, summary of focus group input, library statistics, and a biographical paragraph about participating panelists.
