Research project; coordinated by Dr. Ivan Fahs, sociology professor at Wheaton College, for researching mass evangelistic campaigns held in Charlotte, NC during the twentieth century by evangelists including J. Wilbur Chapman, Billy Sunday, Mordecai Ham, Billy Graham, and Leighton Ford; project was to provide insight into the generic elements of mass evangelism and on individual differences in a particular evangelistic event.
