Biographical History

The Fruits of their Labors was a field school conducted by Brigham Young University and the American Folklife Center in 2004 as part of the Utah Heritage Project. The field school brought together folklore students from various institutions, and focused on gathering interviews with individuals that had owned or worked with orchards in Utah Valley. Interviews were conducted by field school participants between July and August, 2004.
