Biographical History

Social service organization which originally began as volunteer only hotline; deals with crisis intervention, emergencies, and personal problems; founded by Helen Ray in 1967, the service later employed a director, Neva Cram. Beginning in 1978 organization began work as the screening and referral service for the Family Crisis Shelter.
