Biographical History
Educator, historian, author and collector. Born Cambridge (Mass.) 1890. Married (1917) Gertrude Livingston, served in U.S. Army in France in 1918; taught English at Adirondack-Florida School and St. Paul's School in Concord (NH); summered on Cape Cod (Mass.) and moved to Barnstable (Mass.) permanently in 1954. Kittredge collected historical documents and conducted research on Cape Cod history. He authored three books.
