Church, Gerald Marshall, 1929-

Church was born on Feb. 26, 1929 in Flint (Mich.), the son of Hazel M. Aldrich and Marshall J. Church. He attended Northern Texas State College (NTSC) in Denton (Tex.), where he met his future wife, Ann Grogan. Gerald earned a B.S. and M. Ed. from NTSC, and a Ph. D. from Claremont Graduate School in Claremont (Calif.). His career was spent teaching and in administration. In 1992 Gerald retired from Central Michigan University. Ann earned a B. S. from NTSC. She retired in 1994 from the public school system of Big Rapids (Mich.). (This information is from the collection.)
