Biographical History

David Reginald Young (b. 1936) was a Special Assistant to Henry Kissinger on the National Security Council from 1970 to 1973, and was later detailed to the Domestic Council to work for Egil Krogh. On the Domestic Council he was involved in domestic and external security matters including investigating a leak of information within the Nixon administration. He was also co-director of the White House Special Investigations Unit, "The Plumbers".
