Raymond Edward Francis "Ellery" Larsson was an American Catholic poet whose work was best known in the 1920s and 1930s. His poetry appeared in a 1927 issue of Transition magazine, along with the work of James Joyce, Kay Boyle, Gertrude Stein, Hart Crane, André Gide, and Archibald MacLeish. James Gallagher of Scranton, PA was a friend of Larsson's who also wrote poetry.

Born in Green Bay, Wis. poet and Catholic convert Raymond E. F. Larsson worked for the Green Bay Press-Gazette and other newspapers. He began writing poetry in 1923. With August Derleth, Larsson published an anthology of verse and poems by Wisconsin residents entitled Poetry Out of Wisconsin.
Larsson was also editor of Lirica, an Italian review suspended during World War II. He contributed to the Dial the Criterion (London), and Transition (Paris) among others. While living in Paris, Larsson met George Dangerfield, literary editor of Vanity Fair magazine. The two became lifelong friends and correspondents.
