Biographical History
Norman Felton was a producer and director best known for his work in television. Born in London, he left school at the age of thirteen and worked odd jobs until his family emigrated to the United States. He earned a B.A. and Master's degrees from the University of Iowa, and worked various jobs; Felton became active in community theatre, and eventually landed a job as a director for NBC radio in Chicago. He migrated to television, and earned an Emmy in 1952. He later became a producer on such shows as Dr. Kildare and The Man from U.N.C.L.E., and produced numerous movies for television.
British born American television producer and director. Felton is known for creating the two television series "The Man from U.N.C.L.E." and "Dr. Kildare".
