Christofferson, D. Todd (David Todd), 1945-

On August 15, 1998, Christofferson was called as a member of the Presidency of the Seventy after serving in the First Quorum of the Seventy since 1993. He served in the presidency until his call to the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles in April 2008. During his tenure in the Presidency of the Seventy, Elder Christofferson had supervisory responsibility for the North America West, Northwest, and Southeast Areas of the Church. He also served as Executive Director of the Family and Church History Department. Earlier, he was president of the Mexico South Area of the Church, resident in Mexico City.
