C.H. Wedgewood was an anthropologist and academic.

His publications include "Black Australians" (1942), "The Government and the people, 1939-1945, Native welfare in Australia" (1953), "Mucking about" (1977), "Diplomatic witness" (1980) and several volumes of poetry.
